At She's An Asset we define
Situational Awareness as:
learning the skills necessary to read your environment in order to keep you safe and minimize your chances of becoming a victim. Situational Awareness is also the most fundamental skill in self-defense.
It is non-negotiable...it is a must have skill!
This class is completely educational. You will not be doing any kind of self-defense moves. You must learn how to avoid being a target first- which is what we will teach you!
