How Our Event's Are Different:
We teach empowerment through 3 lenses: the body, the mind and intuition. So you will learn how to utilize all three to move towards the most powerful version of yourself.
You will sit, stand, get up and move your body in empowering ways. This is a highly interactive experience.
We combine safety and awareness techniques along with personal development and universal law knowledge for full transformation.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long is the event?
3 hours! Please be aware that there are TWO different sessions. One starts at 9am and the other starts at 5pm. They are the exact same content. We wanted to be able to serve as many people as possible, so we made two different time slots.
2. What do I wear?
Anything you want. Autumn's signature look is black leggings, white sneakers and a t-shirt.
3. Can I attend both event times?
Yes you can! If you buy one ticket we will gift you the second. Just reach out to us and let us know that is your plan by emailing autumn@autumnclifford.com
4. Is this event suitable for my preteen and/or teenager?
Yes as long as they have a decent attention span. We do ask that they are ages 12 and up however. Please note: if the children you bring with you cause any distractions from the event- you will ALL be asked to leave without refund. No exceptions.
